OJN Foundation Brings Joy to Orphanage in Kogi State

LOKOJA, NIGERIA – The OJN Foundation, in collaboration with the Kogi State July Kings & Queens Foundation, recently visited the Stagi Cornerstone Orphanage in Lokoja, aiming to bring love and support to vulnerable children. The visit, described as both “exciting and emotional” by Oladele John Nihi of the OJN Foundation, underscored the profound impact of even small gestures on the lives of orphaned children.

Mr. Nihi, who celebrates his birthday in July, expressed a “special connection to the foundation’s mission,” viewing the visit as a meaningful way to mark the occasion. He shared that “seeing the smiles on the children’s faces as we shared love and gifts was truly uplifting.”

However, the experience also highlighted the “harsh realities some children face,” prompting reflection on the unpredictable circumstances that lead children to orphanages, such as abandonment, loss of parents, or other challenging situations.

The visit reinforced the critical importance of supporting vulnerable children and demonstrated the value of kindness and generosity. The OJN Foundation emphasised the ongoing need for continuous support and care for orphanages, whether through financial donations, volunteering, or raising public awareness.

The collaboration between the OJN Foundation and the Kogi State July Kings & Queens Foundation aims to continue spreading joy and providing essential assistance to these children.
