LET US VOTE TINUBU AGAIN IN 2027: “FOUNDATION FOR A NEW AND PROSPEROUS NIGERIA HAS BEEN LAID”

MATAWALLE/DELE ALAKE…Matawalle/ Dele Alake to launch vote for PBAT campaign soon, says Renewed Hope reforms are yielding results across all sectors and regions…

The Minister of State for Defence, His Excellency Dr. Bello Mohammed Matawalle, MON and his counterpart in Solid Minerals, Dr Dele Alake have called on Nigerians to renew the mandate of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, in the 2027 general elections, saying the President has laid a solid foundation for a stronger, more united and prosperous nation.

Furthermore both Ministers affirmed that the administration’s scorecard, of Tinubu-led government has moved beyond promises to deliver tangible reforms that are repositioning the country for sustainable growth, security, and national cohesion.“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has laid the foundation for a stronger, peaceful and more prosperous Nigeria. History is written by citizens who participate. Let us remain committed and do it again in 2027.

Together, let us build on that foundation to get to our Eldorado. “The journey continues, together, we keep moving forward,” the Ministers stated. They both described President Tinubu as the “only credible vehicle” that can take Nigeria to its dreamed destination. According to them, other political alternatives have lost relevance even before the 2027 race begins due to the scale of transformation already underway across the country. Matawalle: “To me, President Tinubu is the only vehicle that can convey us to our promised land. All other vehicles have knocked engines even before 2027,” he said.

Speaking recently, they revealed that plans are underway to launch an AGGRESSIVE NATIONWIDE MOBILIZATION CAMPAIGN tagged #2027 VOTE TINUBU AGAIN. The campaign, he explained, will be like a movement across the 36 states of the federation and the FCT aimed at sensitizing Nigerians on the achievements of the administration.“As we count down to 2027, we will unveil a strong political movement. We will be creating awareness and telling Nigerians why they must vote for him again. It is not mere rhetoric. It is about evidence-based narratives to persuade Nigerians not just to vote, but to vote overwhelmingly,” they declared.

The Ministers listed several areas where they said the Renewed Hope Agenda is delivering results, cutting across party lines and geopolitical zones.

On the economy, they cited ongoing reforms that have stabilized key macroeconomic indicators and increased investor confidence. He also hailed the implementation of Local Government autonomy, noting that it has ensured prompt payment of salaries at state and local government levels.

In the education sector, Alake pointed to the absence of prolonged ASUU strikes as a major win, while in infrastructure, he highlighted massive road projects, ports restructuring, and renewed focus on critical transport corridors.

On security, Matawalle referenced the recent approval for the creation of state police as a bold step by the President to decentralize security architecture and empower communities to better address local threats. “Look at the reforms in the economy, Local Government autonomy where salaries are now being paid promptly, no strike in our universities, massive road infrastructure, ports restructuring, and the recent approval for the creation of state police to help address the current security challenges we are facing as a nation,” he said.

The Ministers urged Nigerians to remain patient and supportive, adding that nation-building is a process that requires continuity. “We cannot afford to abandon a project midway when the foundation has just been laid. In 2027, let us vote for continuity, for stability, and for prosperity. #TINUBU AGAIN,” he concluded.
