In Akure, Nigeria, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has launched a new e-Health project aimed at revolutionizing healthcare services.

The initiative, commissioned by Aminu Maida, the Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, at the State Specialist Hospital, utilizes Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to enhance medical processes, improve patient care, and manage health records efficiently.

Mr. Maida emphasized the project’s role in integrating the health sector into the digital economy, ensuring services are accessible across geographical locations.
