Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), has congratulated Adebayo Adedosu on his recognition at the Black History Month Awards Ceremony in Toronto. Adedosu was honoured for his commitment to excellence, heroism, and dedicated service to his community.
Dabiri-Erewa commended Adedosu for representing Nigeria with pride, stating that his recognition is a proud moment for all Nigerians in the diaspora. She emphasized the importance of Nigerians in the diaspora being role models and ambassadors of the country, encouraging them to sustain the values of hard work and integrity.

The Black History Month Awards Ceremony took place on February 23, 2025, at The British Methodist Episcopal Church in Toronto, where Adedosu was honoured alongside other distinguished individuals.
