Manchester City’s chances of progressing in the Champions League are hanging by a thread after a dramatic collapse against Paris St-Germain at Parc des Princes. Despite taking a two-goal lead early in the second half through Jack Grealish and Erling Haaland, City’s defence crumbled under pressure from PSG’s pace and creativity.
Substitutes Ousmane Dembele and Bradley Barcola quickly levelled the score, before Joao Neves headed home the winner from a Vitinha free-kick. Goncalo Ramos added a fourth in stoppage time, compounding City’s misery.
The defeat leaves City facing elimination from the Champions League, with their fate now out of their hands. They must win their final game against Club Brugge and hope other results go in their favour.
