INTERPOL Declares 14 Nigerians Wanted for Various Crimes

At least 14 Nigerians have been declared wanted by the International Police, INTERPOL, for various crimes including human trafficking, drug trafficking, robbery, cheating, and forgery. These individuals are wanted by different countries where they allegedly committed the crimes.

The wanted persons include:

  • Felix Omoregie, wanted by Belgium for allegedly leading a criminal organization that exploits minors for prostitution
  • Jessica Edosomwan, wanted by France for human trafficking and organized crime
  • Uche Egbue, wanted by Argentina for drug trafficking
  • Jude Uzoma, wanted by Brazil for drug trafficking
  • Chinedu Ezeunara, wanted by Uruguay for drug trafficking
  • Benedict Okoro, wanted by Nicaragua for organized crime
  • Ikechukwu Obidiozor, Alachi Stanley, and Akachi Vitus, wanted by Angola for kidnapping, robbery, and illegal possession of firearms
  • Mary Eze, wanted by Denmark for human trafficking
  • Bouhari Salif, wanted by China for drug smuggling
  • Timloh Nkem, wanted by Canada for sexual assault and failure to comply with a condition of recognisance
  • Austine Costa, wanted by India for criminal conspiracy, forgery, and cheating
  • Okromi Festus, wanted by India for criminal conspiracy and cheating

INTERPOL has issued Red Notices for these individuals, which is a request to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest them pending extradition or legal action.
