Kogi State’s First Lady, Sefinat Ododo, has encouraged women nationwide to capitalize on available opportunities for personal growth and empowerment.
Speaking at the Ododo Cares Empowerment Programme in Lokoja, Mrs. Ododo emphasized the importance of self-improvement, particularly for women. The program, organized by the State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, distributed sewing and grinding machines to over 100 beneficiaries.”This gesture aims to boost small and medium-scale businesses across the state,” she explained. “I urge beneficiaries to utilize these resources effectively, support their families, and refrain from selling the items.”
