The court’s ruling:
- Prohibits respondents and security agencies from inviting, arresting, detaining, arraigning, or prosecuting Alhaji Masuda Abdulkadir
- Bars Governor Lawal and his paid media agents from further smear campaigns against Mr. Matawalle
