The newly appointed Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, met with the staff of the ministry on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. The meeting was held at the ministry’s headquarters in Abuja.
Wike told the staff that he was committed to making the FCT a better place.
He said that he would work to improve the infrastructure, security, and living conditions in the city.
He also said that he would be a hands-on minister and that he would expect the staff to work hard. He urged them to be honest and dedicated to their work.
The staff welcomed Wike’s appointment and expressed their support for his vision for the FCT.
They said that they were ready to work with him to make the city a better place.
