Manchester City have become the second English team to ever win the Treble of Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League.
City beat Inter Milan 1-0 at a packed Ataturk Stadium in Turkey in the Champions Leage Final on Saturday.
Rodri slotted in the only goal of the match in the 68th minute from inside penalty area.
